How do I book a VIP booth?
Send a booth request through this page or call the venue on +61 429 201 971. The concierge confirms your booth directly. Nothing is paid online.
How quickly will someone reply?
Enquiries are answered on trading days, Tuesday to Sunday. Calls after 8pm reach the venue directly.
Can I book a large group or a function?
Yes. Groups and functions get a dedicated host. The venue holds 500 across two levels, with 380 on Level One and 180 on Level Two.
I left something at the venue. What do I do?
Call the venue or email us with the date you visited and a description of the item, and we will check with the floor team.
