Sydney Elements hires entertainers, bar staff and floor hosts for a two-level venue at 42 Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point.

We trade Tuesday to Sunday from 8pm, so the roster suits people who want a small number of good nights rather than a nine to five. Every role is 18 and over. Send your details below and we will talk.

Where You'd Fit

Entertainers

Performing across both levels
  • Rotating sets across two levels, roughly fifteen minutes apart.
  • Tuesday to Sunday, doors 8pm. Pick the nights that suit you.
  • Stage names only are published, and only with your written consent.

Bar Staff

Two bars, premium spirits
  • Cocktails, champagne and bottle service at pace.
  • Current NSW RSA competency card required.
  • Shifts sit inside trading hours, 8pm to 5am, and are set with you each week.

Floor Hosts

Looking after the room
  • Meeting guests, seating booths, keeping tables looked after.
  • The role that makes the difference between a good night and a great one.
  • Current NSW RSA competency card required.

Security

Through our licensed partner
  • Door and floor security is provided by a licensed security company on contract to the venue.
  • We do not hire security staff directly, so security applications are not taken here.

A Venue Without Equal

A double-storey venue rebuilt for indulgence, where the room itself is part of the show. Velvet, brass and stone, a system tuned for the room, and booths built so a table can hear itself think.
