Birthday Party Venue Sydney Kings Cross · Tue To Sun

Their Name On The Booth · A Host On The Night
▾

A birthday at Sydney Elements is a hosted booking in a Kings Cross gentlemen's club: a velvet booth reserved in the birthday guest's name, bottle service poured at the table, showgirls on rotation with feature shows through the evening, and a dedicated host who runs the night so the friend who organised it gets to actually be at it.

We are at 42 Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point, five minutes from the CBD, with doors at 8pm Tuesday to Sunday. Twenty-firsts, thirtieths, fortieths and every milestone after: if the year mattered, the night should.

Better Than A Function Room

Most Sydney birthdays end up in a hired back room with a bar tab and a playlist, which is a fine way to make a milestone feel like a Tuesday. The alternative is a room with its own show. Here the entertainment is the venue: a stage that never sits quiet, a cast on rotation, and a floor that gives forty guests something to talk about that nobody had to organise.

The organiser's job ends when the enquiry is sent. The concierge quotes the night, holds the booth, assigns the host and takes the guest list. On the night, the only surprise left is the one on stage, and the person who booked it finally gets to drink at their own party. Groups come from every corner of the city; the area guides cover the way in from yours.

Birthday Questions

What does a birthday booking at Sydney Elements include?

A reserved booth in the birthday guest's name, bottle service poured at the table, live entertainment on rotation with feature shows through the evening, and a dedicated host who runs the night so the organiser gets to enjoy it too.

Which birthdays suit the venue?

Any milestone from a twenty-first up: thirtieths, fortieths, fiftieths and every year in between that deserves better than a function room. Guests must be 18 or over with valid photo ID.

How many people can a birthday party bring?

Groups from four to forty are straightforward, and the venue holds up to 500 across two levels, so bigger parties work with notice. Tell the concierge your numbers and everyone is placed.

Can the birthday guest get special treatment?

That is rather the job. Tell the concierge whose night it is: the booth is held in their name, the host looks after them first, and a feature show can be arranged for the guest of honour.

How much does a birthday night cost?

It depends on group size, the booth and the night. The concierge quotes each booking, with the bar tab minimum confirmed before anything is locked in, so there are no surprises on the night.

What is the best night of the week for a birthday?

Fridays and Saturdays are the biggest nights and book out first. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday give a birthday more of the room and easier booth choice. Doors are 8pm to 5am, six nights a week.

What is the dress code for a birthday group?

Smart and stylish for everyone: collared shirts and clean footwear for the gentlemen, no activewear, hi-vis or work boots. Costumes and novelty outfits are not permitted, including birthday-themed ones.

Do we need to book a birthday in advance?

For a group, yes. Reserving ahead is the only way to guarantee the booth is held, the host is assigned and everyone on your list has priority entry. The enquiry form takes thirty seconds.
