Corporate Events Sydney Hosted · Discreet · Settled In Advance
A corporate night at Sydney Elements is a hosted booking in a Kings Cross gentlemen's club: reserved booths, bottle service poured at the table, live entertainment on a proper stage, and a dedicated host who runs the night, with every arrangement, including the account, settled with the concierge before anyone arrives.
We are at 42 Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point, about five minutes from the CBD and ten from Barangaroo, open Tuesday to Sunday from 8pm to 5am. The deal dinner ends; the relationship continues here.
Handled Before Anyone Arrives
The Corporate Standard
- A booth or a run of booths reserved to the party, stage-side or on the quieter mezzanine
- Bottle service at the table, on ice for the arrival time you give us
- A dedicated host so nobody from your side has to run anything on the night
- Arrangements settled in advance, package, minimum and account, through the concierge
- Priority entry for the whole list, however staggered the cars from dinner
- The private room by arrangement, for parties that prefer a door of their own

The Room Holds Its Manners
The question every organiser weighs is whether the venue can be trusted with the company's name on the booking, and this room was built to answer it. The register stays tasteful all night: table service instead of a bar scrum, a host who reads the table, entertainment staged rather than pushed, and a floor designed so a work group can enjoy the night without anyone managing it. Bring the client from a Barangaroo dinner or the team from a CBD function; the tone will not embarrass anyone's LinkedIn.
The other half is logistics. Everything that could be awkward on the night, the booth, the package and the payment, is settled beforehand, so the host simply runs the evening and your side gets to be guests. End of financial year, a deal closed, a colleague farewelled: the occasions change, the standard does not.

Corporate Questions
Is Sydney Elements suitable for client entertainment?
Yes, and that is a deliberate part of how the room is run. It is an adult venue with a tasteful register: velvet booths, table service, a host on every reserved table and a tone that stays polished all night. Tell the concierge it is a client night and it will be placed accordingly.
What does a corporate booking include?
A reserved booth or a run of them, bottle service poured at the table, a dedicated host who runs the night, and priority entry for everyone on the list. Arrangements, including how the account is handled, are settled with the concierge before the night.
Can arrangements be settled before the night?
Yes, and for work groups they should be. The concierge confirms the booth and the right package ahead of time, so nothing needs organising, negotiating or splitting in front of guests on the night.
How discreet is a corporate visit?
Discretion is the house style. Booths are reserved to your party, the mezzanine tiers sit above the floor for groups that prefer distance, and the curtained private room books by arrangement for parties that want a door of their own.
How big can a work group be?
The venue holds up to 500 across two levels, so anything from a table of six to a whole-floor celebration works with notice. Tell the concierge your numbers and arrival time and the room is set.
How far is the venue from the CBD and Barangaroo?
About five minutes by cab from the CBD and ten from Barangaroo, at 42 Darlinghurst Road in Kings Cross. Kings Cross station on the T4 line is minutes from Martin Place and Wynyard and surfaces on the same street.
Can we arrive late after a dinner or an event?
Yes. Doors run from 8pm to 5am Tuesday to Sunday, and a reserved booth holds regardless of when the group lands. Late starts after a corporate dinner are the standard pattern, not the exception.
What is the dress code?
Smart and stylish, which after a corporate function tends to take care of itself. Collared shirts and clean footwear for the gentlemen; no activewear, hi-vis or work boots.
